Quck & Easy Skin Care Tips

Author: Kadence Buchanan

It's important to peel away or shed dead and damaged tissue on a regular basis. If you want a fast way to exfoliate, try mixing olive oil with sea salt or sugar and you will have a potent exfoliant on hand. Just smooth it over your skin all over the body, rinse afterwards with a soothing shower, and you're done. It's a quick relief tactic that you can do at home.

And here's another tip. If you're one of those who are hooked on those disposable cleansing cloths or facial wipes (I am!), you probably are spending a pretty penny on these things. Here's a tip I learned from my sister, of all people -- simply cut the cloth in half when you buy the package. That way, you get double the cleansings or half the price.

Do you know that when you stimulate the natural oil glands in your body before a shower, your skin gets better? You can do this by dry brushing your skin with a natural bristle body brush. Roll it around in circles. Take a warm shower afterwards and don't forget your moisturizer.

And here's a tip for a natural face cleanser that you can do at hope. Dig into your fridge and get some buttermilk and yogurt. Maybe some cream, if you have it. Dab them onto your skin. these have great, natural skin cleaning abilities.

If you want a natural moisturizer, try almond oil combined with some essential peppermint oil (lavender is good too). Rub it into your skin and feel its smooth, supple effects.

When it comes to your hands, one of the most effective tricks I've learned to keep them moisturized regularly is to always keep and cream handy. Keep some on your desk at work. Keep some in your car. It might even be a good idea to have some in your bag for you to carry around. And every time you want that fresh rejuvenated feeling in your hands, you know where to look.

When it's time to shave your legs, its important to moisturize before doing the task. A good hair conditioner will do the trick. Apply it and wait for a few minutes to allow your leg to moisturize. Now shave. It's really smooth.

Finally, if you have tired eyes, a cold spoon applied to the eyelids can remove the redness quickly.
