The End of Compulsive Over Eating

Author: Nick Arrizza, M.D.

Are you a compulsive over eater? Is your health suffering as a result? If so have you ever stopped to consider what actually drives your habit?

It has been my experience helping individuals with this and other habits over the last 10 years that most habits are usually driven by a deep fear of experiencing some uncomfortable feeling or emotion that would surface if one were to stop, even momentarily, to feed the habit.

The most common feelings that lurk below the surface in this way are feelings of sadness, anxiety, depression, shame, inadequacy, emptiness and loneliness.

These feelings are also usually connected with either negative beliefs we carry within about ourselves and others or the result of emotional pain experienced as a result of trauma or neglect earlier in our lives.

The habit itself becomes compulsive and repetitive because the individual quickly learns that it helps to distract them from the deeper emotional pain that is threatening to emerge. All the while of course it is killing them though.

Unless the trigger for the habit, i.e. the deep emotional issue is fully released from one's mind and body, it will continue to resurface and will continue to cause pain. The pain and the fear of it will then continue to drive the habit.

For those of you who are courageous enough to allow the emotional issue to surface while experiencing a new process called the Mind Resonance Process(TM) (MRP) there is now hope that you can become free of it and the habit for good.

MRP is a quick and painless process that facilitates the permanent release of underlying negative beliefs and stored emotional trauma and leaves one feeling more in charge of ones behaviors and ones life.

In other words it turns you from being enslaved to being in full mastery of your life.

If you'd like to experience a free interactive audio clip of MRP you may wish to visit the web link below.
