Todays society is plagued by a disease of their own making. That is Excess Weight. Weight that isnt gained over a day but over the years. Inactiveness, no physical exercise due to the comforts that we have made our bodies used to is just one of the reasons. Another important reasons is our diet. Be it the quantity or the quality. Our consumption of food that is high in calories, fat as its easily accessible, and the increase in our diet due to the excess food that is available immediately.

We could blame many a reasons for the increase in weight but we also have to acknowledge that all of the reasons are make by oneself. No time, over stressed, fast food, no exercise- not even a short walk.

But we do want to be fit, look good and thin. So the invention of the diet industry. Diet charts, diet programs, diet supplements and the most effective diet Pills such as phentermine.

Each of the above has their own level of effectiveness but as a person deteriorates the last hope is the Diet pill. Diet Plans only work till the first few days, because it is nearly impossible for a person to follow it thoroughly as again the lifestyle gets effected.
